两河口电站泥石流沟综合防治思路及措施

摘 要:瓦支沟属于两河口水电站的二级支流,其冲沟内有冰碛湖及多条泥石流支沟发育,若不对其采取针对性处置措施,汛期可能形成的泥石流将对系统正常运行构成较大安全隐患.通过对瓦支沟及其支沟地形地貌、泥石流的发育特征和形成机制及其危害性的调查研究,确定了以防为主的原则,具体采用设库停淤,拦挡减势的措施,并结合既有设施,提出了有针对性的防护工程布置和雨情监测预报的泥石流综合防治措施.工程完成后已经过6年的安全运行,验证了该综合防治措施的合理性和有效性.

Abstract:Wazhigou is a secondary tributary of Lianghekou Hydropower station.There are moraine lakes and several subtributaries with the debris flow in the gully.If no specific disposal measures are taken,the debris flow may be formed in the flood season,which will pose a great hidden threat to the normal operation of the system.Therefore,through the investigation in and the research on the topography and geomorphology of the main ditch and its branches,and the development characteristics and formation mechanism of the debris flow and its harmfulness,the principle of prevention is determined,and the strategy of silting accommodation and blocking dams are established.Finally,combined with the existing constructions,the paper puts forward comprehensive prevention measures which have incorporated the protective engineering layout with control measures of the debris flow by modern rain monitoring and forecasting.The project has been operated safely for six years after its completion,which further verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the comprehensive prevention and control measures.
