摘 要:建立模型以解决飞机货运舱门解锁机构的串联四连杆机构的尺寸优化,将几何约束、传动性能约束、边界条件约束和运动轨迹约束等作为优化的约束条件,利用非线性规划算法和遗传算法完成优化,并对比了2种不同算法结果的优劣与特点.结果表明,2种算法优化有效改善了机构输出角的运动关系,使之更接近于理想情况.非线性规划结果的输出角在上升段与理想情况差异更大,在平稳段的角度保持稳定性更好.

Tandem Four-Bar Linkage Optimization Based on Genetic  Algorithm and Nonlinear Programming

Abstract:A size optimization model of a tandem four-bar linkage installed in the cargo door unlock mechanism is established.Constraint conditions include geometry,transmission performance,boundary conditions and motion trail.Nonlinear programming and genetic algorithm are used in the optimizations.The results of the two different algorithms are compared,which shows that the motion trail relation of the output angle is improved efficiently close to ideal condition.In nonlinear programming result,although bigger difference occurs in the increasing stage of the output angle,the angle shows better stability in the stable stage.
