电子废弃物拆解区重金属低积累玉米品种筛选

摘 要:以16种不同的玉米品种为研究对象,采用田间试验的方法,探讨在Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg和As复合污染条件下,不同玉米品种产量和籽粒Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg和As含量的差异性,并在兼顾产量的情况下,通过聚类分析筛选出玉米籽粒Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg和As低积累品种.研究结果表明,不同玉米品种对重金属的吸收积累能力及产量均存在较大差异.通过聚类分析,筛选出籽粒低积累Cd的品种3个,低积累Cr的品种10个,低积累Pb的品种1个,低积累Hg的品种5个,低积累As的品种1个.综合考虑重金属富集能力及产量等因素,最终筛选出金甜顺666这个品种为适宜在清远市推广种植的重金属低积累玉米品种,本研究可为清远市电子废弃物重金属污染农田安全利用提供参考依据.

Abstract:16 different Zea mays varieties were taken as the research materials,and the field experiment method was used to investigate the difference in Zea mays yield and Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg and As concentration in grain between different Zea mays varieties under compound pollution and also the low accumulation varieties of Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg and As in the grains of Zea mays were screened by cluster analysis under the condition of taking yield into account.The results showed that there were significant differences in the absorption and accumulation capacity of heavy metals and Zea mays yield among different maize varieties.Through cluster analysis,3 varieties with low accumulation of Cd,10 varieties with low accumulation of Cr,1 variety with low accumulation of Pb,5 varieties with low accumulation of Hg and 1 variety with low accumulation of As in maize grains were screened out.Considering the heavy metal enrichment capacity,the yield and other factors,Jintianshun 666 was recommended as the suitable Zea mays varieties for the promotion of low accumulation of heavy metals in Qingyuan City.This study could provide a reference for the safe utilization of farmland polluted by heavy metals from electronic waste in Qingyuan City.
