花椒属植物抗炎活性研究进展

摘 要:近年来,花椒属植物的抗炎活性研究备受关注.花椒属植物的抗炎活性主要与挥发油、苯丙素、生物碱、黄酮和酚类等成分有关.本文系统归纳了花椒属具有抗炎活性的提取物及单体化合物的化学成分和作用机制,以期为抗炎新药研发和临床应用提供参考.

Abstract:In recent years,researches on the anti-inflammatory activity based on zanthoxylum genus have attracted much attention.The anti-inflammatory activity is mainly derived from the volatile oil,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids,flavonoids and phenols in zanthoxylum genus.This article systematically summarizes the chemical ingredients and active mechanism of extracts and monomer compounds of zanthoxylum genus,which is supposed to be helpful for the development and clinical application of new anti-inflammatory drugs.
