基于装配式的古建筑榫卯库的参数化构建

摘要:榫卯利用凹凸相配、阴阳相合的构造设计对中国古建筑的各个构件进行连接,是中国古建筑木构架的主要特征之一.基于装配式的原理,实现古建筑构件的榫卯构造参数化生成,构建古建筑的常用榫卯库,按照构造要求在古建筑的梁、枋、柱等构件模型上,选择相应榫卯进行装配并生成相应的三维模型,能够简化设计,节约时间成本,也为仿古建筑的工业化生产提供了设计思路和加工数据.

The Parameterization Design Study of Sunmao Based on the Assembly Type Ancient Architecture

Abstract:The use of concave-convex and yin and yang matching design to connect the ancient architectural components is one of the main features of China's ancient architectural wood structure.Based on the principle of assembly as well as to achieve the parameterization of the mortise and tenon joint structure of the ancient building a corpus for the commonly used mortise and tenon joint for old buildings has been established.In addition,in accordance with the detailed requirements,the corresponding mortise and tenon joints are selected for assembling based on the component models of the beams,square-columns and columns of the old buildings.Finally,a corresponding 3-D model can be established.The whole process simplifies the design procedure,saves time and cost and also provides design ideas and processing data for the industrial construction of pseudo-classic architectures.
