网络药理学研究中“槲皮素类现象”与对策的探讨

摘 要：网络药理学研究结果中，槲皮素类黄酮成分成为了“万能药”，为解释该现象的形成原因及合理性进行综述，以期引起相关研究者的注意.广泛查阅近年来网络药理学在中医药研究中的研究文献，从中药材的用药部位、有效成分的筛选标准及槲皮素类成分的药理作用研究现状等方面进行综述.查阅文献发现，在网络药理学研究过程中，“万能药”现象存在于中药材的用药部位、有效成分筛选标准及槲皮素类成分的药理作用研究现状等方面均具有一定的不合理性.网络药理学为研究中医药多成分，多靶点的特点提供了一种新的研究方法，但“万能药”现象的出现需要引起相关研究人员的重视.

Abstract：In the results of network pharmacology research,quercetin flavonoids has become a "panacea". In order to explain the formation and rationality of this phenomenon,this paper hopes to attract the attention of relevant researchers. The research literature of network pharmacology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years was extensively consulted,and the research status of the medicinal parts,the screening criteria of effective components and the pharmacological effects of quercetin were reviewed. Through literature review,it was found that of "panacea" existed in the application parts of traditional Chinese medicine,the screening criteria of effective components and the research status of pharmacological effects of quercetin components.Network pharmacology provides a new research method for the study of multi-component and multi-target characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,but the emergence of "panacea" requires the attention of relevant researchers.
