基于HyperMesh二次开发的复合材料机翼结构优化设计

摘 要:针对复合材料飞机机翼结构设计具有设计变量与约束条件多的特点,而使用手工方式建立优化模型不仅耗时费力而且容易出错且不利于机翼结构设计的修改和管理的状况,在总体外形和骨架确定的条件下,给出了一种基于HyperMesh二次开发的复合材料飞机机翼结构优化设计方法,即:使用HyperMesh二次开发语言批量创建属性、优化设计变量、响应和约束,快速建立有限元模型及优化模型,提高了建模效率,通过提交optistruct优化计算,得出在该布局条件下机翼结构满足各项约束条件的最优尺寸和质量,最终机翼结构实现质量降低16.6%,验证了使用HyperMesh二次开发完成复合材料飞机机翼结构优化设计的有效性和实用性.

Composite Wing Structural Optimization Design Based on HyperMesh Secondary Development

Abstract:The structural design of composite wing is characterized by its design variables and constraints.The manual establishment of optimization model is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also can easily cause mistakes,which is not conducive to modification and management.Under the condition that the overall shape and skeleton are determined,this paper uses HyperMesh secondary development language to create attributes,to optimize design variables,responses and constraints in batch,to quickly establish finite element model and optimization model,and to improve modeling efficiency.Finally,optimization calculation is submitted to obtain the optimal size and weight under the layout conditions by using optistruct,and meet various constraints.The final weight reduction is 16.6%,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of using HyperMesh secondary development to complete the optimization design of composite wing structure.
