乡土建筑遗产视角下川西林盘的空间价值与活化利用

摘　要：随着我国新型城镇化和乡村旅游的持续推进，传统村落川西林盘面临着一系列人居环境危机，以成都市大邑县某林盘为例，通过对川西林盘的形态及分布特征进行剖析，阐述了川西林盘的空间价值及其保护的重要社会意义.借鉴国际遗产保护视野中的相关的理论，从乡土建筑遗产的视角，以维护传统村落的遗产价值为目标，以原真性和完整性为原则，多角度探索川西林盘转型发展的“活化”机理和应对策略；利用课题组设计案例与活化再利用的转换属性结合分析，为乡土建筑再利用设计提供了全新的思路与途径，对我国下一个历史阶段的乡村振兴战略具有启示意义，也为世界乡土建筑遗产的研究提供具有中国文化底蕴和风貌的积极意义的样本.

Discussion on Integral Protection and Activation of Linpan in Western Sichuan from Perspective of 

Vernacular Architecture Heritage

Abstract：With the continuous advancement of new urbanization and rural tourism,the traditional village of Linpan in western Sichuan is facing a series of human settlement crisis.By taking the Linpan in Dayi County,Chengdu City as an example,and through the analysis of the shape and distribution characteristics of Linpan in western Sichuan,the paper expounds the spatial value of Linpan in western Sichuan and the important social significance of its protection.Based on the theories related to vernacular architectural heritage from the perspective of international heritage protection,from the perspective of vernacular architectural heritage,with the goal of maintaining the heritage value of traditional villages,and based on the principles of authenticity and integrity,the paper explores its "activation" mechanism and countermeasures during the transformation and development of Linpan in western Sichuan from multiple perspective;the paper also uses the design case of the research group and the combined analysis of the conversion attributes of activation and reuse of activation to provide a new idea and approach for the design of the re-use of the vernacular buildings.The study has enlightening significance for the country's next historical stage of rural development strategy,and also provides positive samples with Chinese cultural heritage and features for the study of the world's vernacular architectural heritage.
