镉对米荞一号种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

镉对米荞一号种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

摘 要: 以米荞一号为对象,探究了不同镉浓度对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,镉处理对米荞一号种子萌发无显著影响,但对幼苗生长产生差异.低浓度镉(2.5 mg/L)对米荞一号幼苗生长无显著抑制作用,部分指标表现出一定的促进作用,芽长和鲜重呈现上升趋势;镉浓度分别达到5.0 mg/L和10.0 mg/L时,米荞一号鲜重和芽生长出现显著下降;随着镉浓度的增加,对米荞一号种子萌发后幼苗生长的抑制作用逐渐增强;当镉浓度达到80 mg/L时,米荞一号幼苗生长几乎完全被抑制,造成无法正常生长.

Effects of Cadmium Stress on Germination and  Seedling Growth of Miqiao 1

Abstract:The effects of cadmium concentrations on Miqiao 1 seeds germination and seedling growth were investigated in this paper.The results showed that cadmium stress had little effect on the seed germination of Miqao 1 but had different effects on seedling growth.Low concentration of cadmium(2.5 mg/L) had no obvious inhibiting effect on seedling growth.Some indicators showed certain acceleration effect.Both bud length and fresh weight showed an upward trend.The fresh weight and seedling growth were reduced remarkably when the cadmium concentration was higher than 5.0 mg/L and 10.0 mg/L,respectively.With the increasing concentration of cadmium, the growth of Miqiao 1 seedlings was restrained obviously.The growth of seedling was almost inhibited completely while cadmium concentration was up to 80 mg/L.
